Dr. Shrinivasa Prasad R.

Dr. Shrinivasa Prasad R. completed B.A.L., LL.B. with first class at University Law College, Bangalore University, Bangalore. He obtained Master’s Degree in Law with first class from P.G. Department of Studies in Law, Bangalore University, Bangalore, Specializing in Constitutional Law. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law as a full-time Research Fellow from the Karnatak University for the thesis on ‘A Critical Study of Provisions Relating to Judicial Independence and Judicial Accountability’ under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) C.S. Patil, Dean, Karnataka State Law University, Hubballi.

Dr. Shrinivasa Prasad R. has been appointed as an Assistant Professor in the year 2017.He is teaching Administrative Law, Law of Torts, Human Rights and Constitutional Law. He is the Co-ordinator of Law and Medicine Certificate course and also the Co-Ordinator of Nature Club and Electoral Literacy Club and a member of various Clubs in the college.Mr. Prasad evinces a lot of interest in curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. He has published research articles in various law journals and edited book. He has participated and presented papers in national, international seminars and workshops.
